Returns & Exchanges:

We will happily refund or exchange any collar or leash for you.  Please call (760) 298-4090 or email us CustomerService@BarkBling.com with any questions.  Please prepare you package with:

• Your name
• Contact information, including phone number
• The product(s) to be exchanged or returned
• The reason for the exchange
• For exchanges:  the new item(s) you would like to order (credits or charges may apply)

Simply mail us back your item(s):

• In new, unused, undamaged condition*
• Within 30 days of purchase*
• In it's original package with the original receipt*

Once we receive it, we will charge or credit you back as applicable.   Please note:  shipping & handling charges are not refundable unless the order was our mistake.  If your original order was over $100.01 and the shipping & handling was free, shipping & handling charges will apply up to $18 max.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.   We also accept personal checks and money orders.  If you are planning on paying by check, simply place your order and print it out.  Mail it along with your check to us and we will ship your order out promptly when we receive it.

There will be a $25.00 fee on all retruned checks.
