- Your name
- Contact information, including phone number
- The product(s) to be exchanged or returned
- The reason for the exchange
- For exchanges: the new item(s) you would like to order (credits or charges may apply)
We will respond promptly with a return address.
Simply mail us back your item(s):
- In good, undamaged condition*
- Within 30 days of purchase*
- In it's original package with the original receipt*
Once we receive it, we will charge or credit you back as applicable. Please note: shipping & handling charges are not refundable unless the order was our mistake. If your original order was over $100.01 and the shipping & handling was free, shipping & handling charges will apply up to $18 max.
